1. Clyde is a Killer, who Shares a Cell with another Inmate but is that Inmate actually a Thief or Killer?

response to Orlando

Recently, I saw a group of Broadway stars assembled in a recording studio. The group called themselves Broadway for Orlando. They were performing What the World Needs Now Is Love. This was done as a response to the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting. (Of course I'm well aware that same evening's Tony Awards ceremony had special messages for the innocent victims.) Gilmore Girls - Rory Gilmore: Age 15

In the 1st, 3rd and 4th episodes of the 1st season of Gilmore Girls, why did Lorelai and Richard say that Rory is 16 years old? Because in the 6th episode, Rory's birthday was her 16th, not 17th. I suspect this may be a continuity error made by the show's writers and producers. This typically happens when episodes and/or scenes are not broadcast in the order they were originally shot. Also, a lot of continuity is typically not firmly established during a show's first season, so that increases the chances of such errors. Of course, TV producers do sometimes deliberately make continuity errors, and sacrifice continuity, in favor of more drama and ratings (the 6th episode, depicting a major event like a sweet sixteen (birthday), did originally air during the November "sweeps" rating period). International football/soccer tournaments

Is there a protocol in place in tournaments such as the Euro's of the FIFA World cup where all of a group's games result in a draw. This would result in the points awarded to every team being 4 at the end of the group stage, with no clear indication of who wins or is eliminated. Given the tight timetabling of such tournaments, it seems unlikely that the matches would be rescheduled. --Andrew 19:25, 19 June 2016 (UTC)

in that event, then the Goal difference would come into play. I was wondering what would happen after that, and found an article in the Guardian today dealing with that - check the second last paragraph. Essentially if goal difference doesn't work, then number of goals scored comes into play amongst other things; it could actually boil down to a penalty shoot out between teams. The rules are complex and detailed, and cover every conceivable set of possibilities:

18.01 If two or more teams in the same group are equal on points on completion of the final tournament group matches, the following criteria are applied, in the order given, to determine the rankings:

a. higher number of points obtained in the matches played among the teams in question;
b. superior goal difference resulting from the matches played among the teams in question;
c. higher number of goals scored in the matches played among the teams in question;
d. if, after having applied criteria a) to c), teams still have an equal ranking, criteria a) to c) are reapplied exclusively to the matches between the teams in question to determine their final rankings. If this procedure does not lead to a decision, criteria e) to h) apply;
e. superior goal difference in all group matches;
f. higher number of goals scored in all group matches;
g. fair play conduct in the final tournament as defined in Annex C.5.1;
h. position in the UEFA national team coefficient rankings (see Annex B.1.2.b).

18.02 If two teams which have the same number of points and the same number of goals scored and conceded play their last group match against each other and are still equal at the end of that match, their final rankings are determined by kicks from the penalty mark (see Paragraph 19.02 to Paragraph 19.04), provided that no other teams within the group have the same number of points on completion of all group matches. Should more than two teams have the same number of points, the criteria listed under Paragraph 18.01 apply. 18.03 The four best third-placed teams are determined according to the following − criteria applied, in the order given, to the final tournament group matches:

a. higher number of points obtained;
b. superior goal difference;
c. higher number of goals scored;
d. fair play conduct in the final tournament as defined in Annex C.5.1;
e. position in the UEFA national team coefficient rankings (see Annex B.1.2.b).

When all else fails, such situations have in the past been resolved by a coin toss [1], although it doesn't seem to be envisaged for the 2016 Euro. --Xuxl (talk) 07:25, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
