Meeting minutes

edit

The Altanta 3 meetup happened on June 30. Craig and Michael were first at the park at noon setting up the banner and the picnic area. Ganesh, LadyofShallot and Justin joined them later. Although the temperature was over 100F, it was very pleasant under the tree. We had some good discussion about the use of Wikipedia in education, the WP1.0 initiative, the WikiData project, Recaptcha and others. We agreed to start preparing for the Wikipedia Loves Libraries event in November. The meetup ended at 3:00 pm.

Intended Audience

edit

Anyone interested in Wikipedia (user, contributor or curious about it). Meetup is open to members of all Wikimedia projects and Wikipedians from all languages. All are welcome, and we are especially interested in seeing newcomers to join the experienced Wikipedians/Wikimedians. If you are interested in coming, please add your name below.
