Original – Les raboteurs de parquet (1875), the earliest masterpiece of Gustave Caillebotte. However, it was rejected by the Salon for showing lower-class workers, without shirts on, which was considered vulgar.

Reason: Another high-quality Google Art Project scan. As I quite like it, I thought I'd nominate it.

- Good idea. They're very different works, save for both having that rather impressive use of light, so would show his range and development well, and we have articles on both paintings, so it's not like there's not enough EV for two FPs.
