The Regional Ambassador role is for volunteers that wish help the WMF education program by interacting with the WMF, instructors, Campus Ambassadors, and Online Ambassadors to help boost the quality of assignments and the satisfaction of readers, students, instructors, and Wikipedians. And one can always use the Education noticeboard for questions.
List of Regions for January–May 2013
editHere are the current Regional Ambassadors and vacancies for the Spring 2013 semester. Some of the regions are much larger, as they have limited class activity within the Wikipedia Education Program thus far. Regional Ambassadors, other Ambassadors, and interested Wikipedians can help recruit professors in those regions, as can anyone! There might be more than one Regional Ambassador in charge of a region, due to heavy activity there. Please post at the Education noticeboard if you think a new position should be created.
