This fall I will be working for Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) at Georgetown University, on the Commons project (which involves blogs, wikis, and other tools for teaching and learning). I'm beginning my MA at the Communication, Culture & Technology program at Georgetown this fall. This past June I received my BA in Film and Media Studies as an undergraduate at the University of California, Santa Barbara -- so DC is a very new and exciting area to me! I practice Bikram Yoga, love cooking, and play Words with Friends on my iPhone and explore DC's biking trails in my spare time.
I am a masters candidate in the Communication, Culture, and Technology program at Georgetown University. In addition to previous work with the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship, I currently work with an education-focused non-profit called the Saylor Foundation.
I am a recent graduate from the Communication, Culture & Technology program at Georgetown University and currently work at the World Bank on the Microfinance Gateway project. I will serve as a Campus Ambassador to George Washington University.
I am currently coordinating the Apprenticeship in Teaching program and working on the Commons project at Georgetown University’s Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS). I completed my MA at Georgetown in 2009, with the majority of my graduate work focused on the early modern and nineteenth-century literatures of Britain (whenever possible exploring topics related to architecture, domestic life, and material culture). I'll be serving as a Campus Ambassador to Georgetown University.
