Function details: Does the same task as IPLRecordsUpdateBot (already approved) for List of Champions League Twenty20 records and statistics. Data is obtained and parsed from stats.espncricinfo.com for updating the tables. Like IPLRecordsUpdateBot, this bot will not use the bot flag on its edits even if it has the permission to do so. Edits will be visible on watchlists, so that human editors can correct any errors.

- The bot has made two anonymous edits by mistake, and has some trouble logging in. This should be fixed soon, I have reverted those edits for the time being.
