The Volkswagen Tera is a subcompact crossover SUV announced by the German automaker Volkswagen in Brazil.[1] Positioned as the smallest SUV in Volkswagen's lineup, below the Taigo/Nivus and T-Cross, it is the smallest SUV model from Volkswagen.
Overview
editThe car was first spotted testing in Rio de Janeiro in September 2024.[2]
It was officially unveiled in November 2024 and will compete with Fiat Pulse and Renault Kardian in Brazil upon launch.
The car was secondly spotted testing in route 60 of Salta in November 2024
In India, its competition will include Tata Nexon, Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue along with Skoda Kylaq.[3]
