The Vale School District takes students from Vale and Brogan,[4] as well as the unincorporated community of Willowcreek.[5] As of 1979 Vale High also takes high school students from Juntura, which is in Juntura School District 12 (a K-8 school district).[6] As of 2009 some students in the Juntura area attended Vale High.[7]

Academics

The graduation rate has risen over recent years. In 2008, the school's graduation rate was 87% with 80 of the 92 senior students receiving a high school diploma.[8] In 2022, the school's graduation rate was 97% with 66 of the 67 senior students receiving a high school diploma.[9]

As of 2024, Vale High School is ranked #6,873 in the country, and #67 in the state of Oregon.[10]
