BC / BCE
editHi, please take a look at MOS:ERA. Either is acceptable, articles just need to be internally consistent. You shouldn't change from one to the other without establishing a consensus to do so. Thanks Girth Summit (blether) 07:30, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for letting me know. Just to be clear, I didn't change from BCE to BC, but rather left it as it was (BCE). I only made the link to 4th millennium BC appear as 4th millennium BCE, whereas previously it was formatted as "4th millennium BCE" (with the "E" outside of the link). Is the way it was previously formatted preferred? I'm not sure if one of the points in the page you linked covers this. Thanks again. ZLima12 (talk) 19:20, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
- I see now on H:WIKILINK that the "E" should be included automatically by being placed immediately after the link, but this is not the case for me. Why might this be? ZLima12 (talk) 19:26, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
