Non-free use disputed for Image:Omg_v21.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Omg_v21.jpg. Unfortunately, I think that you have not provided a proper rationale for using this image under "fair use". Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. Note that the image description page must include the exact name of every article the image is used in and a separate rationale for each.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast 18:53, 18 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Knight Rider

We don't need an official statement off NBC, the article has four reliable sources that say the show is cancelled. According to our policies, it's perfectly fine to make that statement using those sources. --Cameron Scott (talk) 13:37, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 18:18, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I'm endeavoring to do better at that.Wolfe426 (talk) 19:27, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

block evasion

edit

Although perhaps I should have done, I haven't blocked you for block evasion (User_talk:68.41.246.248) mostly because I don't think you understand Wikipedia's policies and I've been hoping you'd learn more about why this website doesn't allow original research. Please think about spending the time left on your IP block to read up more about how en.Wikipedia handles sourcing, neutrality and consensus. Gwen Gale (talk) 15:17, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

I didn't evade the block. I had registered this account something like a year ago. This account, wolfe426, has been registered for awhile. It's not like I registered an account after the IP block happened. While I do understand your position, I'm seeking alternate redress over this problem with Ckatz, away from Wikipedia. Because it did constitute harassment.--Wolfe426 (talk) 17:51, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

You edited with this account after the block happened, which isn't allowed. You shouldn't be editing at all, other than on this or the IP's talk page, until the IP block times out. Harassment has a narrow meaning on en.Wikipedia, you were not harassed. Gwen Gale (talk) 17:54, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Well, the IP block should have affected this account. Harassment is a crime; offensive or intimidating to you; harassment can be punishable as either a gross misdemeanor or a felony
