List of best-selling Light Novels moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, List of best-selling Light Novels, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. about Naruto Conan conflict

edit

It just didn't make sense going alphabetically when we know Naruto is higher than Conan (as of now at least) But thank you for the reply! I ll go with what you said. Probably one of them get an update and surpass the other sooner or later. I also reported it to adminastration page. Are we allowed to use that kind of language on wikipedia? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ruderhymer (talkcontribs) 18:43, 28 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

I'll try to check Naruto's circulation, I do know that it has been selling very well in 2020 and 2021 both in Japan and overseas despite ending almost a decade ago. Though i do lean towards mistranslation then not since Shueisha doesn't really say sold.Since they didn't do so for other manga. But if you're correct then Naruto placement should indeed be higher.

But as i said its likely conan or naruto will be higher then the other in the near future so it doesn't really make sense to get into an argument about it.

I don't think you should use insulting language,good luck in your report.WillsEdtior777 (talk) 19:12, 28 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

A kitten for you!

Speedy deletion nomination of Animedia

edit

A tag has been placed on Animedia requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Tagging Drafts with AFC

edit

You created a number of drafts with the {{AFC submission}} template, and then worked on them, and then moved them to article space. This creates work for the AFC reviewers, who need to clean them up, because they display AFC tags in article space stating that they need to be cleaned up. When you create these drafts, are you planning to allow them to be reviewed by AFC reviewers, or are you planning to move them to article space after you have finished editing them? If you are planning to have them reviewed, please leave them in draft space to wait for a reviewer, so that the acceptance will automatically remove the AFC tags and perform other cleanup. If you are planning to continue to move them to article space yourself, please do not tag them as being submitted to AFC in the first place. If you tag then with the {{AFC submission}} template, but then move them to article space, the template is still on them, and stands out, and needs to be removed as cleanup. A third possibility would be to tag them while they are in work, but clean them up yourself when moving them into article space.

If you have any questions, you can ask at the Teahouse. Either you can leave them in a review status for a reviewer to accept, or you can avoid tagging them for review, or you can clean them up yourself. Robert McClenon (talk) 16:40, 12 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

My apologies. i'll clean them up. Thanks Robert.WillsEdtior777 (talk)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Spy × Family, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kurokawa. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hello WillsEdtior777! Your additions to Super no Ura de Yani Suu Hanashi have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ––FormalDude (talk) 06:37, 16 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
