How do I send email to OTRS?

edit

I'm afraid I don't know the email address for OTRS.

I received a notice: Note: If the only problem with this file is that a claimed release into the public domain or under a free license is not backed up with a statement on the source website or an email to OTRS, please replace this tag with [ [ subset:nod ] ].

I created the file myself on my home computer. The data in the NoteOrganizer is a list of notes I've entered. Do I need to use notes I've created in the other two windows? If so I can remake the file with no problem. --Web Ace (talk) 05:50, 22 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've remade the screenshot

edit

I've remade the file and saved it under a different name.

How do I delete the old one?

Is there a Category for screenshots?

Hi. Thanks for your message. Yes - many screenshots of computer software contain extensive copyrighted elements and therefore cannot be used on Wikipedia except under a claim of fair use (see File:Word2000screenshot.jpg for an example). In response to your questions:
1. Since you are the uploader, you should be able to request deletion of File:TopXNotes Screenshot 2.jpg under speedy deletion criterion G7 - just add the coding {{db-g7}} to the file page and an administrator will delete the file.
2. The best category for your new file, File:TopXNotes-Screen-3.jpg, would probably be Category:Screenshots of software at Wikimedia Commons. Log on to your Commons account to categorise the file from there.
If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask! SuperMarioMan 02:10, 23 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
