Hello
What does the chess picture mean in your profile mean and how does it work, I don't see in the source that you have copied those individual set pieces....117.213.16.165 (talk) 18:36, 12 November 2016 (UTC)
- The chess is a version of the vandalism level, that someone made. I didn't make it. White is anti-vandalism, black is vandalism. If white is winning there's less vandalism, if black is winning there's more. and it gives a description of which side is winning under it. Adotchar| reply here 20:24, 12 November 2016 (UTC)
Rollback work
Hey! I did go through your edits, and they do look pretty solid to me. I didn't see anything that leaped out at me as a problem. I'd suggest applying through the usual channels again, and if you have any issues let me know, and I'll see what's happening then. Tony Fox (arf!) 05:08, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
- Okay. I'm reapplying. Thanks! Adotchar| reply here 10:17, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
- Good stuff. Again, I have zero knowledge on the rollback process, but if anyone asks me I'll let them know what I told you, that your work seems to be fine. Tony Fox (arf!) 19:36, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
- Okay, well, apparently there continue to be concerns with your editing. I suggest considering looking into mentorship to continue working with more experienced editors and learning the ropes, then - as you suggested to GB fan recently - applying for more tools again in a few months. Tony Fox (arf!) 21:29, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
- I did. The reason I reapplied is because GB Fan told me what to do, then I fixed it. I've changed how I do things, and I'm doing things right now how I'll keep doing them. I know why the last request was denied, and that's what I fixed. Once I learned what I did wrong and did it, I waited a few days then reapplied. I know I have had problems in the past, but I've fixed them. Please, review this. I read and re-read the CVU guidelines and the rollback guidelines, and then showed that I can handle rollback by using the rollback feature from Twinkle. Review those rollbacks, not the ones in the past that I spent time fixing, as all I need Rollback for is STiki, as it requires Rollback. Also please reply to this so I know you see it. Adotchar| reply here 22:49, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
- Like I've said, I don't know from rollback - it's not my department, and I'm not willing to flip switches in an area that I don't know anything about. My best advice is to find someone who can work with you more closely and regularly, keep in contact with them as you continue anti-vandalism work, and give it time before you apply again. Often, one of the biggest arguments against someone getting new permissions is for them to be too eager to get said permissions - if you push too hard, there's often more push back. Tony Fox (arf!) 23:07, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
- I'm going to talk to one of the most active anti-vandals I know, Widr, the one who denied my request, and ask him to help me. Adotchar| reply here 00:23, 17 November 2016 (UTC)

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
Hello, Adotchar. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

Hi I am sorry if I should not have removed the maintenance templates on the Serjeant Surgeon page. I am new to editing anything on Wikipedia. But the information on that page is pretty complete so there is little need to add the caveats requesting more information at the start of each section. The changes that I have made - when do they actually go live? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hpbsurg (talk • contribs) 11:06, 28 November 2016 (UTC)
