Help with providing pics for your wiki pages.

Hi Verbosmithie. Thank you for creating the cebuano figures wiki esp. Vicente, Nap and Osmundo. I am new to wikipedia and Im trying to contribute with photos to make the wiki pages more visual. Some of the photos Ive contributed are my own work that I took on my own and some are from our family albums. Can you please help me keep the photos permanent? Hi Gcqrama8 Thanks for adding the photos, and I'd say they're more than enough on those pages. Wikipedia as an online encyclopedia, putting up many images might not be in the spirit of the manual of style or among editors' best practices. Also, there might be some copyright/licensing issues on images taken from books and sources other than your creation. By the way, I don't own any Wikipedia page. All the best! Ill figure it out and put copyrights on personal family photos and my photos somehow. Can you please help me keep a photo of the main person of the articles there. Even if it's only one photo for each. Thank you! and Thanks for contributing a photo to the Vicente Page. Unfortunately it's harder to find a photo of both Nap and Osmundo and both photos will eventually be deleted. You're more of an expert on wiki than me since Im just new. If you would like I can send you all the photos and family photos of the subjects if you want. Also what you have done is a great service to the family of the subjects. Hopefully, when I visit the Philippines in the future I can return the favor in full. Thank you so much again!

The reasons for not using that type of link are explained at WT:WikiProject_Film/Archive 79#Masking imdb links as wikilinks.
