Speedy deletion nomination of List of childless people

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on List of childless people, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Proposed deletion of List of people who never married

edit

The article List of people who never married has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This list will be infinite, and has similar problem to List of childless people

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of List of reasons for never getting married

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on List of reasons for never getting married requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Childlessness. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. —MelbourneStartalk 07:13, 10 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Environment. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to List of sterilized people. Adam9007 (talk) 01:10, 12 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Liberal eugenics, you may be blocked from editing. Ian.thomson (talk) 03:07, 12 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of CRISPR other applications

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on CRISPR other applications requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/CRISPR. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you wish to split an article you must provide the appropriate attribution, otherwidse it is a copyright violation. Better to discuss in advance. See WP:Splitting. David Biddulph (talk) 16:10, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Blocked

edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of one week for continued agenda-driven original research (sometimes sockpuppetry using an IP address to do so). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ian.thomson (talk) 07:59, 14 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Block reset and extended

edit

Because you have engaged in block evasion using this IP address, I've reset and extended your block. The block is on you as a person, not this account.

Oh, and I see that you were also using 208.54.64.129 and created a second account. I've made the block indefinite. If you want any of your edits to ever stay on this site, you will need to appeal the block here, promising to never engage in sockpuppetry or original research again. Ian.thomson (talk) 01:05, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
As a note, your discussion and suggestions are still useful and valuable. I recommend applying to be unblocked, indicating that you'll endevour to be more careful to follow the rules. Many users who are blocked in their early days of editing go on to make valuable contributions to the encyclopedia. To be clear though, you need to refrain from anonymous editing as a way of evading your existing block until it is resolved. Doing things 'by the book' will save you effort in the long run.
To make an unblock request, copy the following text to the bottom of your user talk page: {{unblock|1=Insert your reason to be unblocked here}}. If you find that you cannot edit your talk page, fill out the form at the Unblock Ticket Request System. (More info at this page). T.Shafee(Evo&Evo)talk 01:00, 1 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Fresh breath

edit

Hello Tyree999,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Fresh breath for deletion, because it seems to be an article that was created in violation of a block or ban. Content created by banned users will be deleted immediately.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. m8e39 01:17, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
