You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Shark. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.--Mr Fink (talk) 15:12, 17 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Block evasion

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Pretty blatant block evasion, which you haven't addressed. Yamla (talk) 16:06, 18 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hello, I write fish books to protect fish and fisheries, and I am the foremost authority on gar fish, but I have been blocked from listing my scholarship on Wikipedia which contains valuable information for people all over the world, particularly in fishery management. I have been accused of spamming, but these books are published my nonprofit publishers and I do not make any notable royalties. Seems to me that the world should know what research is out there for fishery management and conservation, but Wikipedia is censoring extremely useful information. Can you please let me know how I can honestly post information regarding scholarly work without getting blocked? Thank you, Mark Spitzer

We've already been over this here. I'm not explaining it again. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:46, 18 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
