I wish to know the pKa of nitromethane in water because wikipedia gives pKa of 10.2 on the nitromethane article and it gives pKa of 17.2 on the Nitro compound article. Which one is correct? Or are neither of these values correct? Adwctamia (talk) 16:59, 27 September 2016 (UTC)
