Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Hi! To answer your e-mail - the above revert was simply due to the fact you didn't add a reference to directly back up what you were saying. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for more information. OcarinaOfTime (talk) 15:44, 11 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Enlightenment (software). Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 14:41, 6 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ah, makes sense. Won't do it again :) TheTechRobo (talk) 19:27, 6 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Welcome!

edit

Hello, TheTechRobo3641, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Elive does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

Which edit is that? TheTechRobo (talk) 22:43, 7 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Just following up here - what edit that I made was not neutral? Just so that I know what not to do. :-) TheTechRobo (talk) 00:49, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
It's a generic NPOV template, referencing an article where you may have COI. -- Yae4 (talk) 18:17, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
