Spermargarita/Wakaremichi Articles
editOn what basis should Wakaremichi have its own article? Did it chart somewhere? Are there reliable independent sources? WP:MUSIC indicates that most songs are not notable. Erechtheus (talk) 01:57, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
- Why do you think the albums section of WP:MUSIC would apply and not the songs section? I admit I'm asking because it seems bizarre to me that neither one of the two specifically address singles. If you have any guidance on that subject, I'd like to know about it. Erechtheus (talk) 02:14, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Wakaremichi.jpg)
editThanks for uploading Image:Wakaremichi.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:59, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Can you help me?
editHi! I cover the biographies of musicians, mostly cleaning up articles that other people just leave behind. Of course, I write them too. The trouble is finding photographs of those musicians. I looked for another editor here on the Wikipedia who speaks both Japanese and English, and I found you. What I need is someone who can help find a photo for the article about Keisuke Kuwata, his wife, and bands, and Hirokazu Ogura (小倉 博和 Ogura Hirokazu? and Yoshiyuki Sahashi (佐橋 佳幸). Can you look around on Japanese photo websites? If you find a good photograph, and it still has a copyright, that is OK too. Just please let me know. Thank you! --Leahtwosaints (talk) 19:04, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
- Hello, I am not very good at editing Wikipedia things unfortunately but yes I can help you out. I think the best thing for you to do is go to google.co.jp and put the person's name into the image search. Here is the URL for that. A lot of the Copyright information is not available so I'm afraid I cannot help you out there. I have did searches for each name and you can choose what you find is appropriate
- Put these terms into google.co.jp, I will put in parentheses what they say in romaji. Do not put the parentheticals into Google image search.
- 桑田佳祐 (Kuwata Keisuke)
- 桑田佳祐 KUWATA BAND
- サザンオールスターズ (Southern All Stars)
- 小倉博和 (Ogura Hirokazu)
- 佐橋佳幸 (Sahashi Yoshiyuki)
- 原由子 (Hara Yuuko -- here is a direct link to an image)
- His wife 原 由子 Hara Yuuko
- I don't think there is an image with everyone listed there. Your best bet is a picture of SOUTHERN ALL STARS, Kuwata's main band.
- I hope I was of some help and thank you for making Wiki a better place with more Japanese related articles.
