You have very obviously not created this account to deceive us into thinking you are someone else, but the block on User:Tabarez applies to not only that account but also to any other account you may have. You do not appear to have been blocked at the time when you created this account. However, this does not mean it was legitimate to use it. If you wish to edit, you must appeal through your original account. You need to show that you understand clearly why you were blocked, and to convince us that you are not going to do it again.
