editAgain, you have just added text which violates copyright, to St. Petersburg, Florida. I removed it. I am afraid next time your account could be blocked from editing.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:28, 11 October 2019 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Adog. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to St. Petersburg Pier have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Adog (Talk・Cont) 15:26, 30 April 2020 (UTC)
- Just to tag on something here, I would encourage you as a new editor to read about Wikipedia's five pillars as it may help you to edit proficiently in your articles of interests. Looking through your edits they're constructive, however, they somewhat lack neutrality and read off as promotional in some areas, or directly copy and pasted from other websites. To let you know, its discouraged to write (or type) promotional material or directly copy from other websites even with some word changes. I'm also interested in editing articles around the Tampa Bay area, more-so in St. Pete because of its history (not to mention sports and the love/hate relationship of this). Happy editing! editPlease do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to St. Petersburg Pier. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Please review the guidelines of WP:NPOV, MOS:CURRENT, WP:NOTGUIDE when writing about articles, I'm coming across more information by this user that doesn't coincide with encyclopedic writing. . — Newslinger talk 17:57, 19 February 2021 (UTC)- Please review the policy against copyright violations, policy against promotion, and reliable sources guideline before editing again.
