I have moved Talk:History of Chinese in Australia to User talk:Sir Langan/sandbox. We should not have talk pages without articles; in fact that's a speedy deletion criterion. If you want to invite others to collaborate on a draft, my suggestion would be to leave a note at the corresponding WikiProject talk pages, say WT:WikiProject Australia. The {{help me}} template is meant for specific questions about editing Wikipedia; the vast majority of the people you summon with that template would not be able to help with a topic that requires specialized non-Wikipedia knowledge. That depends on who owns the copyright. If the magazines own the copyright, then you cannot use that text. If you own it and your contracts with the magazines allow, you can release that content under a free license so that everybody may re-use and modify it for any purpose, including commercial purposes; that's the kind of license Wikipedia requires. See also WP:Donating copyrighted content. It will often be easier to simply rewrite the content than to bother with licensing. You may also want to have a look at WP:SELFCITE.
