Kirbanzo (userpage - talk - contribs) 21:18, 5 October 2021 (UTC)Relatives in infobox
editThe names of children and most relatives only go in the infobox only if they are independently notable (have their own articles). This is stated in the infobox documentation: "Number of children (e.g., 3), or list of independently notable names". The infobox is for "key" information about a person, a quick summary of the most important facts in the article. Names of children do not normally qualify. MB 22:09, 30 October 2021 (UTC)
- Dear MB, you claim that the names have to be independently notable. However, there are many pages which carry the children’s and relatives names whereby they are not notable people. Eg. One such page is Janaky Athi Nahappan. If it applies for one how come it does not apply for many others. Shamgal15 (talk) 15:46, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
- It is not my "claim", it is project consensus. There certainly are many pages that don't follow the consensus and should be updated. I have removed the names from Janaky Athi Nahappan also. MB 16:13, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for the clarification Shamgal15 (talk) 23:24, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
