Speedy deletion nomination of User:Sdmspro/sandbox

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Sdmspro/sandbox, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. — JJMC89(T·C) 06:42, 29 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Requested username:

Request reason:

replace my user name please. with my previous user name, I have no intentions of marketing.

Decline reason:

You say you have no intentions of marketing, but that is your business, and you posted an extremely promotional piece about your company. Please review WP:COI and WP:PAID. If you are only here to edit about your company and/or its clients, this is the end of the road for your Wikipedia career. If you want to be an individual, general contributor and edit about the history of your country, or George Washington, or helium, please tell what topics you will edit about, along with your new choice of new username(see below). I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:48, 5 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

edit

The chosen username is similar to existing usernames or it used to be username of someone else that got renamed: ASIM SHAHZAD, Asim Shahzad, Asimshahzad. Please choose again. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:03, 3 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

if writing about my company is illegal on wikipedia, then why not you remove articles about Microsoft corporation or Apple Inc, and many more? there are thousands of articles available on wikipedia recarding companies.

Decline reason:

This is not an unblock request. See WP:GAB to understand how to write an unblock request. You'll also want to thoroughly familiarise yourself with WP:COI, WP:PAID, WP:PROMO, and WP:OTHERSTUFF before making another unblock request. Yamla (talk) 14:05, 6 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
