Response to critique of endoscopic endonasal surgery

Hey Steven,

I just wanted to respond to a few of your comments on my article. I requested permission from about 15 different organizations to use their pictures so I could explain the procedure better. I have either gotten a "no" or no response at all. Also I don't think that having a picture is a requirement for the articles, but I did add a picture to better help the anatomy. Also, if you have time before 7 tonight, can you tell me an example of where you think I should trim down sentences? I have been editing I just want to make sure I got them all/addressed your concern.
