Nomination of GSK-789,472 for deletion

That was a bit rude to delete my article and hide the notification in a talk page archive so that I did not get notified about it until it had already happened! I would have objected, mainly on the grounds that these pharmacological tool compounds have continuing use in research, this compound continues to be sold and is likely to appear in future publications even if it hasn't recently, it would have been possible to find additional references and flesh the article out more, etc. Bit late now, and in this particular case the compound is not especially notable, but as a general rule these obscure compounds tend to reappear and grow in notability over time. I can see you have only been editing here for a few months and perhaps haven't seen how the significance of topics can change and grow with time. Meodipt (talk) 09:38, 10 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

First of all, I must apologise for the extremely late response - real life got in the way.
You're absolutely right in stating that pharmaceutical prototypes have the potential to be notable, but that's not the point. The point was that this particular compound isn't notable; as I stated in the nomination, it's very hard to find any information about it at all. If it should have a renaissance in the future, the article about it can always be recreated.
Also, I apologise for the breach of etiquette. The talk archive was where the most recent correspondence was located, and I was loath to add the first bit of correspondence to somebody else's user page. Rhythdybiau (talk) 14:17, 31 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Megaman en m. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Satanic panic, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Megaman en m (talk) 22:53, 5 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
