I've left a note with the original blocking admin, and, am awaiting a response. SQLQuery me! 12:08, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
Are you editing via an open proxy, or on your regular computer? The Evil Spartan (talk) 14:23, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

I use my laptop to edit. My internet provider in the Philippines uses a proxy servy for their DSL broadband accounts, don't know why, but that is my only option.See cut and paste below;

System Type: SpeedStream 4200-Series Config Part #: 003-c164-G0G Firmware Part #: 004-D241-A2W MAC Address: 00:18:D1:79:EC:DD

Point to Point Connection Summary:
PPPoE 0/35 222.127.78.36

AccConn: cebu_rb-9C074010500449

I know they switch alot to maintain connectivity.
I'm sorry, but due to our policy, we are unable to unblock that IP as it is an open proxy. Consider contacting your ISP in order to ask them to firewall the internet side of the proxy so that people all across the internet cannot connect to and use it. Ask them to participate in our X-Forwarded-For header project if they absolutely feel that a unified proxy is still necessary. --slakrtalk / 12:53, 7 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
