Dr Diba, I have moved the contents of the user page to Draft:Abraham Hershberg where you can work on it. Read WP:Your first article and WP:Verifiability for advice. When it is ready, you can put {{subst:submit}} at the top, which will send it to WP:Articles for creation, where an experienced user will review it and either accept it or give you feedback.
