Contested deletion
editThis page should not be speedily deleted because it's just a presentation page of a young designer and her brand. Please let me know what's wrong ? These are sources :

- What's wrong is that by a "presentation page" you appear to mean a page of marketing copy promoting her. That is totally contrary to the whole purpose of Wikipedia. JBW (talk) 10:04, 4 September 2024 (UTC)

Some content was not well written and had a marketing angle which was not the purpose of the page, we just want to talk about Jordan Stewart as designer and presenter herself like Carolina Herrera, Phoebe Philo or Olivier Rousteing's Wikipedia pages, we just wanna do the same

Hello, I think I was block because the content I wrote was likely to be advertisement, I'm so sorry but the goal was to explain people who was Jordan Stewart as a designer and creative thought. I used the same format as Andreas Khrontaler, Vivienne Westwood or Carolina Herrera on English wikipedia pages so I'm sorry if I wrote anyything with a bad angle. I understand what I was blocked for and I will change the text with your advices and just write a text on how helpful the page is to introduce Jordan Stewart as a creative spirit.

- I have looked at the article about Olivier Rousteing on French Wikipedia, to which you linked above. It would absolutely not be acceptable on English Wikipedia. I have no idea whether it exists on French Wikipedia because they have different standards there or because it's just as unsuitable there but hasn't been noticed and nominated for deletion. Either way, it's irrelevant to the issue of trying to use English Wikipedia as a medium for "presenting", i.e. promoting, someone, which is just not allowed by English Wikipedia policy, and that's all there is to it. Hello I wanted to asked if I could be unblocked in order to edit the text that I wrote bad, I did not see it as a promoting angle but as something the let people know who is new designer Jordan Stewart and her creative spirit. She's one of the rare woman designer in Canada so it's important for people to know that it's not only about men and europe, but also all around the wolrd.. Unless you, the one operating this account, are Jordan Stewart, you cannot use her name as your username. You will need to propose a different username. "Let the people know who is new designer Jordan Stewart" is the exact definition of promotion. Wikipedia is the last place to write about something, not the first. Once this "new" person is noticed and written about in independent reliable sources, it may be possible for there to be an article about her here, but not now- and you or anyone associated with her should not be the one to write it. Our articles are typically written by independent editors wholly unconnected with the topic. As said already, Wikipedia is not a place for people to present themselves- that's what social media is for.
