The Wikipedia Signpost -- Report from the French Wikipedia
editHi,
It's really fantastic that you volunteered to be the author of the French Wikipedia Report for The Signpost. Thanks a lot.
Please consider moving it to a more stable place → Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2006-08-07/Interwiki report at some stage.
I'll add you to the list of authors in the table -- see User:Treebark/Table. OK ?
Can you manage to have the report ready for the August 7th issue ?
Best regards,

editHello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Apolline Dreyfuss may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. Most national names are ambiguous links
editHello, Pyb. You recently linked to French in the articles Claire Philouze and Léa Roussel. Like many words for nationalities, French is a disambiguation page. The word French refers to France, the French language, and French people, among other meanings. I have changed the links on those pages to the latter page. Happy editing, Cnilep (talk) 02:59, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
Hatnotes
editHallo, I see you've created a lot of new stub articles, some of which have titles with "... (gymnast)", but I don't think you've got it quite right yet about hatnotes. I fixed up the Elizabeths Jacobs: we don't use a hatnote on Elizabeth Jacobs (gymnast) because no-one is likely to get there accidentally wanting the anthropologist, and we show the exact title of the article we're pointing to, as I've now done using the {{about}} template, at Elizabeth Jacobs. Looking back at your contributions list I've also fixed May Miller where you hadn't put any hatnote. Please go back and check that all your "disambiguated" gymnasts are findable from the basic name: in some cases it'll be a case of adding an entry to a disambiguation page (either at the basic name or at "... (disambiguation)"), in other cases adding a hatnote. Thanks, and Happy Editing. PamD 15:51, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
