On 8 June 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Legitimate expectation, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that a 1999 UK case held that a disabled woman told by a health authority she would have a "home for life" in a facility had a substantive legitimate expectation the authority would not shut it down?
