Article...............
editthe article Contact Consequences is now being cleaned up. Will you reconsider your vote ?Martial Law 08:33, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
There are sources all over the place, incl. Wikipedia, and, since I'm a "military brat", I've heard other soldiers, airmen discussing this sort of thing. I have @ least 8 books that discuss alien contact, all written before there was any Internet, much less Wikipedia.Martial Law 04:25, 16 November 2005 (UTC) :)
While I was "Out West" other people had,(to be polite, considering Wiki's profanity/obscenity policies), had told me that, IF the ridicule (See Robertson Panel )of those that have had UFO/Alien encounters do NOT cease, the govt. apologises for the disrespect they've caused, and IF there is alien contact, they'll revolt to get both vindication and revenge, since the govt. determines what is justice, what is not.Martial Law 04:25, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
One book I have refers to the Bermuda Triangle and UFOs.Martial Law
Jewish "races"
editThanks for your comments at Israel; unfortunately, this editor has a rather singular view, and seems very concerned about race, which, aside from being irrelevant, is, in my view, a highly unscientific concept. Jayjg (talk) 17:38, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
Sorry
editI am sorry that I reverted your accidental blanking of a page with the edit summary "rvv". Unfortunately, I did not realize that you blanked the page accidentally until I had already reverted it. I can't tell the difference between vandals who blank pages and legitimate users whose browsers don't work. Due to the quantity of vandalism that needs to be reverted, it is a lot easier to type "rv" than to type a long edit summary. Andrew_pmk | Talk 21:06, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
ArbCom
editI want to thank everyone who took the time to vote on my ArbCom candidacy. I have placed some thoughts on this matter on my user page and would welcome your thoughts.--Edivorce 02:09, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
