Speedy deletion of Image:Hydrogen Density Plots.jpg

A tag has been placed on Image:Hydrogen Density Plots.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is a redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

This has been done under section I8 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is available as a bit-for-bit identical copy on the Wikimedia Commons under the same name, or all references to the image on Wikipedia have been updated to point to the title used at Commons.

This plot is a bit misleading and should be corrected. The plot is obviously a probability distribution (as subtitled) not a wave-function plot as titled. Title and Subtitles should be reversed. Furthermore, the gradient bar ranging from minus (-) to positive (+) is very misleading and confusing. A probability cannot be negative. It appears the intended range is zero (0) to one (1) [from black through violet, orange, and yellow to white]. It's a very nice depiction that is just in need of a little polishing. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

You made an entry there in 2006. Could you go back and add more information - Such as "1 st russian ex-spies" - what did you mean by "st"? - or should it be run together to be 1st? Add the type of class you did this for to this entry. been a while, do you now think that was unique to that professor/ class / university, or do you realize same question used at other universities.
