I carefully read the reasons for blocking my account. I also read WP:GAB completely and understood. User @Elcobbola: and @Girth Summit:, first of all, thank you for protecting Wikimedia. Then hereby I answer your reasons for blocking me as follows: * I encountered "blocked" when I tried to upload a new photo in Wikimedia Common. So first I asked Elcobbola and then based on this message I asked other admins. * Yes, I am a professional photographer (1), (2), and have taken in several major events like ONE Championship, Rajadamnern Stadium , Super Champ Muay Thai, ADCC Submission Fighting World Championship and more. 3, 4. * As I mentioned above, I am a ONE Championship photographer, so it is normal I edit articles related. * I wrote a Draft:Barbara Aguiar article, which according to the WP:NKICK should have been moved in the main space, but unfortunately it was declined. The only page that accurately confirmed the article is notable is Wikipedia:WikiProject_Martial_arts/Kickboxing_task_force. That's why I asked other users to check because I was sure that there was a mistake in the decision of this article. * I may log into Wikimedia with different IP or devices. Because as I mentioned on my user page, I am constantly traveling to shoot events. I entered my location on my user page. I'm on Wikimedia to post my photos. None of that addresses the reason you were blocked, which was continuing to evade a block from September 2021. You should be appealing from your original account. @Ohnoitsjamie: Thank you for your reply. I fully understand and respect the concern of you and other admins to maintain the rules of Wikimedia. I wrote the above answer to the 5 reasons for blocking my account to prove this is my only account on Wikipedia and my activity range here goes back to about 2 months. I am a former martial artist and started here after retirement. (1) I hope these reasons will convince you that I have nothing to do with User:JRM2018. Do not reply inside declined unblock templates. It's pretty obvious behaviorally (in addition to the checkuser evidence) that you are not being forthright. Your next steps would be to pursue the WP:STANDARDOFFER from your original account.

@Ohnoitsjamie: Sorry and thank you for your notice. I am always learning. But honestly, the fact is that I don't have any other account, and I respectfully say that this is the administrator's fault. Can I wait 6 months and make an WP:STANDARDOFFER through this account, which as I said is my only account? I am looking for the correct activity according to Wikipedia guidelines.
