Remembering your old username
editCan you remember what other username you used? --George Ho (talk) 03:09, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
I remember it, but I no longer want to use it because my daughter is going to use it. My daughter is 21 and lives in a different city. Paige Matheson (talk) 03:37, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
Tell your daughter not to use that account per policy WP:NOSHARE. If she want to contribute, tell her to create a new account unless she has one herself. George Ho (talk) 05:48, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
George Ho, we aren't sharing the account any longer. I started the account in 2006 under my name when she was 11 years old. She's now 21 and lives in a different city. She goes to college and sometimes uses the account for her (rarely) own personal use or if she needs to use it for college. I'm letting her keep that account because it was set up for her to begin with, I used it sometimes, but I have my own account now. No share doesn't apply because we aren't sharing it. Paige Matheson (talk) 20:04, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
- Oh... All right. We'll see what happens then. George Ho (talk) 01:26, 18 December 2016 (UTC)

Forgive me

Now be honest. You didn't really look like you were ever going to eat those cookies. Thus, I took care of that for you. If you get hungry, you can just WP:REVERT my edit, and bring the cookies back the way they were. Wikipedia Template:cookies are better than real-world cookies, thataway ;-) 47.222.203.135 (talk) 19:14, 16 January 2017 (UTC)
Another username
editI notice the User talk:Paige Mathseon. Looks like a spelling mistake. Can I help you fix it merge the username account to you? --George Ho (talk) 08:17, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

Question
editIs your username a Knots Landing reference? ♟♙ (talk) 22:32, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
Yes! How did you know? Paige Matheson (talk) 22:08, 31 December 2019 (UTC)
- LOL I used to watch that show back in the day. :) ♟♙ (talk) 19:03, 2 January 2020 (UTC)
I wish all the seasons would get released on DVD or streaming, but I think due to music rights, this won’t happen. Paige Matheson (talk) 00:06, 4 January 2020 (UTC)
- Considering how popular the show was it's weird there's only DVD sets for the first two seasons. You never know, though! Maybe we'll get lucky. It would be interesting to watch an episode from season 1 and then one from 14 right after and see how much people changed. ♟♙ (talk) 19:00, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
Ive Seen bootleg dvds for sale, but I think the transfer isn’t that great, (it’s from when Knots Landing aired on Soapnet in 2006) but I don’t like buying them that way because anyone could keep your money and you would have no recourse to get it back. Discretionary sanctions alert for covid
editThis is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in COVID-19, broadly construed. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
Proper Wikipedia Behavior
editPlease refrain from making personal attacks against other editors and conducting yourself in a manner that is in conflict with Wikipedia's acceptable behavior for successful collaboration. Your comments on August 4, 2021 on the Phil Valentine Talk page violate Wikipedia policy as outlined in Wikipedia's Five Pillars which states, "Wikipedia's editors should treat each other with respect and civility." On a personal note, I believe you were approaching your work on that article in a good-faith manner but got waylaid in a "no good deed goes unpunished" kind of way. Thank you for your contributions on Wikipedia. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future. God bless and happy editing. MarydaleEd (talk) 00:01, 29 August 2021 (UTC)
Colleen Ballinger Article
editHi! As an aspiring editor, I've been checking out the talk page for Colleen as I'm curious about how controversial issues like this are dealt with (especially since controversy sections have been deprecated!). It's all pretty wild! Anyways, I agree with you that the current situation is noteworthy, but at the same time, the other editors are correct that the sources currently available aren't reliable. That being said, after a quick peek at the social media response, it appears that articles are slated to be published by Rolling Stone, Time Magazine, and the Huffington Post. While it makes sense to wait until the aforementioned pieces come out, I wanted to validate your instincts on the matter :) 74.59.211.235 (talk) 19:58, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you!
- Im hoping those articles come out too.
- Ive seen where 2 of the people involved with this have stated they have given interviews to Rolling Stone and Time.
- hopefully they come out soon.

Paragraphs
editRegarding the unintentional paragraphs, from the screenshot you provided, it looks as though you're hitting the return/enter key at the end of sentences. Just write in a continuous line without hitting that key and there won't be any paragraphs. Hope that helps. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 23:25, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you and let’s see if it works. Paige Matheson (talk) 23:38, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
