Joe McHugh
Hi Noyster, I deleted a paragraph from the Joe McHugh page as the article it was based on is no longer available online and was inaccurate in it's view, which appeared as fact on the webpage. If you have any questions regarding the deletion, or if there is additional follow up I need to do, please let me know. Thanks, Koconor Koconor (talk) 10:45, 3 June 2014 (UTC)
Understood Noyster and apologies, this was my first time editing a page so was just following the steps that were outlined. Agree with this policy as it seems very fair so in future, will ensure I give a reason to any edits. Thanks, Koconor Koconor (talk) 11:08, 3 June 2014 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 14
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited National Police of Peru, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Department and San Martín. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Andrej Pejic
Thanks for the note: What's your opinion on how it's suppose to be published? perhaps as a quote? Let me know. And although FB is questionable as a resource - it had became one primary broadcasting tribune
- Well unless you can find a reliable source that has reported that Pejic expressed these opinions, it cannot be added to Wikipedia. Relying on a Facebook page will not be sufficient to support such a claim as this, as we cannot ensure the authenticity of the page. Wikipedia has learnt to tread very carefully around controversial statements about living people, which can damage our reputation and in the last resort can result in costly legal action. Hope this explains it adequately: Noyster (talk), 20:26, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

Concerns for Diode logic article
I am sending this to you since I have no idea who it should go to and you are the one that has offered me your help and guidance. If someone else needs to address my concerns hopefully you will know who that is. I don’t know how much you understand electronics. If you need help I can offer more detail or you can just ask another electrical engineer to look at the article.
I have removed my initial comments because of their personal nature. If this was inappropriate I know you can restore them. (see my comments below)Thingmaker (talk) 12:22, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
Thank you!Thingmaker (talk) 19:11, 6 August 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Thingmaker. I'm sorry, I'm no expert on your field. I think it may not be worth challenging material added in 2011 to the article talk page: I would recommend using that talk page to express as concisely as possible your concerns about the article itself, bearing in mind that it has undergone many changes by many editors over the past three years. You might also consider raising the matter at WikiProject Electronics, where other specialists can be contacted. Try not to be too personal in your comments, addressing only matters of article content. Best regards: Noyster (talk), 07:54, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
I have decided that the best approach might be to simply add to the article. I plan to insert the following introduction and then add the conventional description. If you think this is not appropriate please inform me soon.
The original portion of this article is a philosophical description of how one might think about diode AND and OR logic circuits and their relationship to each other. The section to be added has been added at the end that provides a more conventional description of these fundamental computer logic functions.24.163.119.91 (talk) 13:09, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, do add your new section to the article if you so choose. But please use the article's talk page for your explanation and comments, such as the paragraph immediately above this one: Noyster (talk), 13:18, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
- I have added my description of the Diode Logic article. If you read it and object please let me know. I believe it makes more sense.Thingmaker (talk) 19:45, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
- It appears someone removed my contribution to Diode Logic. Can anyone tell me why?Thingmaker (talk) 21:07, 13 August 2014 (UTC)
- I need help! --Wtshymanski removed my Diode Logic addition saying I should just edit the original article. It is not possible to merge the two discussions. As I said before, the original article is nonsense. I believe my effort solves the problem. It would be better to just delete the original article. Can you help me or can you suggest someone who can?Thingmaker (talk) 21:34, 13 August 2014 (UTC)
- Well it appears that Wtshymanski is willing to engage in further discussion (see user's talk page) so I think this should be tried: Noyster (talk), 16:05, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

Dear Noyster
THIS IS ABOUT MAHARAJA AGRASEN COOLEGE.
In India you know women rights are violated and the society see the women who tell their story with suspicion. Pramod Kumar Bajpai is a man against whom criminal cases are pending. This is true and true and the reference was from the website of the district court of the government of Rajasthan.
The Principal did the crime in Rajsthan and got a job in Haryana. Only a few people know about his past. The truth must be stated in clear terms.
But he himself is sitting on the computer and making changes whenever someone edits to tell the truth.
(NOW WE LEAVE IT TO YOU)
A person committed a crime. The case is pending. He is working as Principal. "WHERE IS THE DEFAMATION"?
The law of the land is that such a person should not be appointed on a government post because he can use his position to influence the proceedings of the court.
Our intention is to state the TRUTH just truth.
PLEASE RESTORE BALANCE>

- It has been drawn to my attention that a Wikipedia policy, WP:BLPCRIME states that "A person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty and convicted by a court of law. For people who are relatively unknown, editors must give serious consideration to not including material in any article suggesting that the person has committed, or is accused of committing, a crime unless a conviction is secured." In addition, the court records are regarded as a "primary source" (see WP:WPNOTRS) and thus cannot be drawn upon here. The page has been Semi-protected for two weeks by Ged UK due to repeated addition of material that violates BLP (Biography of Living Persons) policy. I fully appreciate the concerns you express, but unfortunately you must find another forum to publicise them, as it is against Wikipedia policy to pursue them here until and unless a conviction is obtained. Please also refer to WP:SOAPBOX: Noyster (talk), 14:45, 30 August 2014 (UTC)
Noyster, you nominated this DYK early last month, but have not yet responded to a ping on this page indicating that the nomination had issues that needed to be addressed. It has been over three weeks: please stop by right away to let us know what your plans are: will you be addressing those issues, or are you giving up on the nomination. If we don't hear soon, we'll regretfully have to assume that you've given up on it, which would be a shame. Thank you for your response. BlueMoonset (talk) 01:46, 2 September 2014 (UTC)

TI36x Pro Programming Problems
Dear Noyster, hi, you not only deleted my 'update' but you also deleted the previous post and reference to on-line source. All of that was absolutely valid for wiki and should not have been deleted. All I did was to clarify the confusing parts of the original post so that the documentation would be absolutely clear. My entries were not original research but were merely confirmation and clarification of existing wiki material. Is there a way that you can restore the page before I began editing, then allow me to edit to your satisfaction? Thanks Marcushh777 (talk) 10:20, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, I removed some previous original research and unsourced statements as well as those added by you. We don't accept YouTube as a source, as anyone can post to that without checks on accuracy. Even what remains under "Programming errors" after the first sentence is open to question, as referenced only to someone's blog. May I suggest you re-read the guidance I linked for you, and bear in mind that we do have to be careful that all statements we make can be firmly supported when publishing statements about defects in some firm's product: Noyster (talk), 10:37, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
