Disambiguation link notification for August 19
Hi. When you recently edited Local government in Ukraine, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Brest (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I don't want to spam you, but I think this is important, and would like to know your opinion. WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 22:54, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks very much for the heads-up. Although, of course, one's choice of username is up to them, the youngsters (who are often the proudest of all of their callsigns) should be vigorously dissuaded from a username so transparent. That being said, though, they'll have to pry my callsign license plates from my cold, dead hands...:-) All the best, Miniapolis (talk) 02:15, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- Yes. It would be nice if such a thing could be written into policy, but I doubt it given the small number of people it affects. Youngsters are proud of their callsigns with good reason. I was 14 when I got mine, so I understand them, as do most of us, since so many hams started out in their teens.
- If callsign license plates were a big problem, word would have gotten out. But it is a good illustration, hi hi. 73! de WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 23:41, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
