Apart from the lack of references, which you have already been told about, there were other reasons why the article Dr. Simon Chow was unacceptable, including the fact that it was copied from another source, in violation of copyright, and the fact that it was unambiguously promotional in tone, rather than being written from a neutral point of view, as required for any Wikipedia article. The article has therefore been deleted. Also, a talk page is for messages and discussions relating to contributing to the encyclopaedia, not for posting other content.
