I wanted to let you know that this post isn't in the place you meant it to be – that's the talk page for WP:AN, meant for discussing matters having to do with the Administrators' Noticeboard itself. Perhaps you were looking for WP:ANI? A tip: Wherever you decide to post, it's best to be as concise as you can. For example, a link to a policy or guideline will often do just as well as quoting it, with the added benefit that people are more likely to read shorter posts carefully.
