Proposed deletion of Thomas Dulorme

edit

The article Thomas Dulorme has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Harry Greb.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Harry Greb.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Max- I was wondering if you had ever considered looking for work based on your experiences writing wiki articles. I worked for years as a technical writer, but I doubt working for wiki has much professional value in the real world. Knowing the fundamentals of Java scripting is useful but the tags used by wiki are proprietary to wiki, as far as I know. Did you have any writing experience before you started writing for wiki? I assume the tags run with java scripts, though I'm not sure. ```` I was also wondering if Wiki has a paid staff that does edits or writes some of their better articles.

Thanks

Notable Bouts Series

edit

I never realized you were the one who put all of the Notable bouts onto all these different fighter's Wikipedia pages. I found your page from the time you thanked my addition of Ted Kid Lewis's record. I hope you won't be upset to see that I've begun putting their full records in place of the Notable bouts. I just finished Johnny Dundee's record onto his page yesterday. It's crazy to see the ATG's who's pages you've created. If you're still making edits, don't worry about doing Notable bouts for them anymore because I've been adding 1 or more complete records for world champions throughout history every day for the last 19 days and I'm not close to burnt out yet.
