Adrian Quesada
editHi Mariaarriega, I agree with you, Adrian Quesada is definitely noteable! I wrote an article about him that I just published. Please feel free to improve it, and thanks! (There are a ton of roots artists that should have articles and don't.) Julie JSFarman (talk) 19:43, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you. He has released a new single and announced an album, with a lot of news, so he should qualify per guidelines. Mariaarriega (talk) 19:50, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- I heard the single last week (which is what inspired me to write the article). It's fantastic! (There was a substantial Rolling Stone story about the record. Can't wait to hear the whole album.) JSFarman (talk) 20:00, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- So this was strange ... there was a draft I was trying to improve Draft:Adrian_Quesada, but he already has a live page Adrian Quesada, which I discovered from your link. But I went ahead and updated his page with new single info.Mariaarriega (talk) 20:03, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- It's so random that you came across the draft! The backstory: the editor that wrote the initial article sent a message because she didn't understand why the original article was declined. (My expertise is in music.) They had the draft reinstated so I could look at it. Made sense that their article was rejected -- it was all about Adrian as a member of Black Pumas. It didn't touch on his other accomplishments. There was a redirect to the Black Pumas for Adrian Quesada; I just wrote a new article and replaced the redirect. (Took me a few to figure that out though.) JSFarman (talk) 20:21, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
