William D. Hoard TFA

I have had to remove your nomination of William D. Hoard from the TFA page as we only accept nominations for a month at a time, and it's currently dealing with requests for April. There are a couple of options. You can either keep it in your mind and re-nominate in around July, or you can add it to Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/pending as a reminder to people (it's a page that is watched by the TFA coords).
