Speedy deletion nomination of Welcome!

A tag has been placed on Welcome!, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. Hello there and welcome to Wikipedia. I saw one of your recent creations has been deleted and the other has been nominated to be deleted. As you said yourself, those were tests. Unfortunately, "mainspace" (that is, every namespace not preceded by a prefix like User: or Talk: or similar) really isn't the place for testing edits, or testing page creations. Instead, if you want to test how creating an article works and how to do all sorts of stuff, you're best off doing that in your own userspace, by creating a subpage (for example, creating the currently non-existent User:Lolwen/Testpage would create a subpage called "Testpage" in your own userspace).
