Insertion of Latin names in lead sentences

Hello. I see you're inserting the Latin names for places in lead sentences of articles. I don't see any reason for doing so because (a) Latin isn't currently widely used in those places and (b) the Latin names are usually adequately covered elsewhere in the articles. you do not have to like the fact that I do not have a user page, but you do have to follow WP:NPA and WP:BURDEN.
