In fact, your account clearly exists for nothing but vandalism, and you will very probably be blocked if you continue in the same way. Also, note that your claim that the account has been compromised by another user makes it very unlikely indeed that the block will be lifted, since, even if one user requesting an unblock persuades an administrator that he/she will not continue with the vandalism, we will have no way of knowing that another user won't do so.
