For more than 60 years, the Institute helped to improve the safety and health of people throughout the world. It was owned and operated by Liberty Mutual Insurance, Boston, MA, USA. This extract is considered not encyclopaedic and editorial in style as it reads very much like a newspaper article from a tabloid press. Your writing is too much like writing an essay.
