editJeromi Mikhael/Archives/2018 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I do not know why I was blocked to edit Wikipedia. In the recent months I have never done any act of vandalism (except a copyvio that have been resolved. All pf my files that I upload to Commons was properly tagged. I do not understand why I was blocked.Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 17:18, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Procedural decline only. This account is not directly blocked. If you are unable to edit, please follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to do so. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 18:01, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- You didn't use that template correctly (double braces are needed), but also, why do you believe you're blocked? You don't appear to be. DonIago (talk) 17:28, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
- Now, someone unblocked me. Last time, @KrakatoaKatie: blocked me.--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 17:32, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
- @Doniago: Look at this. I've been blocked a lot of times.
- That linked me to a long list on which I did not see your name, sorry. DonIago (talk) 15:39, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
- As Jpgordon says, your account is not blocked directly. Your autoblock is identified by the number in the second column of the list (which corresponds to the number on your block notice) and its expiry time is in the first column. DonIago checked the list after your autoblock had expired and that's why your name wasn't there. 82.47.103.168 (talk) 18:36, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
- The above IP is now on a 6-month block for block evasion. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 19:27, 6 July 2018 (UTC)

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:06, 12 July 2018 (UTC)

Over-use of 'Minor'
editI've noticed that you identify many of your edits as 'Minor' when in fact the changes are subtantial. 'Minor' is reserved for small changes, such as correcting spelling of a word.
Also, be polite. Comment about content, not to antagonize the people who edit content. David notMD (talk) 02:15, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
- @David notMD:Sorry about that. I think adding new content is considered major, while others are minor. I'll try to use less minor tags.
Thanks for the warning.
About the polite thing. Also thanks for the warning. I'll try to use a more polite word. Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 02:21, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
