Speedy deletion nomination of Battle of Maikop

A tag has been placed on Battle of Maikop requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Battle of Maikop. Why was I blocked? I have nothing to do with Sdifany, I just edited articles.
