editHi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Advance Country. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. signed, Rosguill talk 14:52, 31 October 2024 (UTC)

editHello, I'm R0paire-wiki. I noticed that you recently removed content from Free Peru without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Introduction to contentious topics
editYou have recently edited a page related to post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Why are you making disruptive edits in 'Fascism in Peru'?
editThe reason I'm reverting back your edits regarding "21st Century" in Fascism is because the information is highly contentious and made by an already banned user (WMrapids). The information commits WP:SOURCECOUNTING, which is the practice of enumerating as much sources as possible to "prove a point", even without reading said information. I encourage you to stop and read the information you're trying to revert, since nobody wants to engage into an WP:EDITWAR. Peruvian Horseman (talk) 03:12, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
- Here's the answer. JPerez90 (talk) 03:24, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
- You're not willing to explain? Also editing that page just to point out that you should be reported is not only provocative, but also a form of vandalism. I've already noted you're keeping reverting my edits, which I see no reason for you to do that. You could at least explain the reverts, since my edits are not disruptive Peruvian Horseman (talk) 03:54, 10 November 2024 (UTC)

editNever delete policy pages or essays to prove a WP:POINT as you have done here.[1][2] This is absolutely an actionable offense; please don't do this again. Biohistorian15 (talk) 18:27, 12 November 2024 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Republican Party efforts to disrupt the 2024 United States presidential election, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. AntiDionysius (talk) 13:34, 28 November 2024 (UTC)

editHello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. CaribDigita (talk) 08:07, 26 November 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 1
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2019–2020 Peruvian constitutional crisis, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Andina. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:59, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
NPOV
editSimply because the President defended his actions doesn't mean we must mention it. That's not what NPOV is. Go see WP:FALSEBALANCE, and also MOS:LEAD. 2607:FA49:5543:A300:0:0:0:2D3A (talk) 22:40, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- Also, this is a highly viewed page given that its a recent major news event. The WP:ONUS is on you to get consensus for your addition, so I've removed it for a final time. Go on the article talk page if you wish to hash it out. 2607:FA49:5543:A300:0:0:0:2D3A (talk) 22:42, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- Misuse of WP:FALSEBALANCE. At most, it would be an extraordinary claim covered by FALSEBALANCE, however, multiple sources cite his words or intentions regarding declaring marshall law. Quotes provided accurately reflect the president's intent of declaring marshall law and are not violating WP:NPOV nor WP:ECREE.
- At the moment, you are editing warring with this User over NPOV, specific, includable information that does not violate MOS:LEAD. From MOS:LEAD:
- "The lead should stand on its own as a concise overview of the article's topic. It should identify the topic, establish context, explain why the topic is notable, and summarize the most important points, including any prominent controversies." so long as these things dont violate WP:NPOV"
- Also, you are are an unregistered user who has only started editing since yesterday regarding specific topics and/or people, including martial law article, around this crisis. ChemicalBear (talk) 23:01, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- "The lead should stand on its own as a concise overview of the article's topic" - Yoon's justifications are not a major part of the article topic, nor do I think they are even mentioned at length in the body (a prima facie requirement for being in the lead), nor is there any legitimate controversy ("An article should not give undue weight to minor aspects") about the fact the only threat to Korean democracy that night was Yoon himself. You're well past 3RR at this stage. 2607:FA49:5543:A300:0:0:0:2D3A (talk) 23:07, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- @ChemicalBear I read the news. Looks like you do too. So what? 2607:FA49:5543:A300:0:0:0:2D3A (talk) 23:08, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- Nothing inherently wrong; Just an unsigned account, with no ties to anything, quoting deep MOSs and WP guidelines.
- Question would be, why not make an account to help affirm your positions and continue discussions! ChemicalBear (talk) 23:10, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
