unblock|A link from a page (Debbie Bramwell's) was dead - it pointed to a non-existent page about the documentary Winning BIG! - the doc isn't even available any more commercially - I also created a very popular page on the film Day of the Wolves, a 1971 cult movie - again - why on earth would you block me - I am not vandalizing content, I'm adding it. You guys really need to get a life and not be so strict - bumping off vandalizers is one thing but to arbitraily block folks who populate this website with valid content it quite another. A tag has been placed on Ric waite requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 02:49, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. editYou should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Thank you. Randykitty (talk) 12:55, 18 July 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
why on earth did you block me adding a web page for my documentary Winning big? I am the film's producer Bbefilms (talk) 13:04, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This is explained immediately above. Note that Wikipedia is not for promotion; it's largely inappropriate for you to create/edit an article on your own documentary. Yamla (talk) 13:05, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Decline reason:
The block message explains that your username is unacceptable because Wikipedia does not allow usernames that appear to represent companies or organizations - so please follow the instructions to request a new username. In addition, Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy (see WP:COI) strongly suggests that you should not be writing about your own documentary, so please be sure to address that in any new request too. The fact that you have also been making good edits (thank you) does not mean these key policies do not apply to you. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:17, 18 July 2016 (UTC)

Ooops! You accidentally removed my unblock decline and made two further requests. There's no benefit to having two unblock requests open at a time, so I removed the tags around one of your duplicate requests. I'll leave the other one open for another admin to review, but I still think you are missing the point. --Yamla (talk) 13:41, 18 July 2016 (UTC)

Ways to improve The Special London Bridge Special
editHi, I'm Robertgombos. Indieshack, thanks for creating The Special London Bridge Special!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. I'll add some references to this, if you develop it the stub tag may be removed. Thanks!
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Speedy deletion nomination of Ferde grofe jr
editHello Indieshack,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ferde grofe jr for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

editPlease do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Motörhead. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:41, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Talk:List of Motörhead band members, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:41, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at February 1973. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:43, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
